Group Exercise Overview
Midlothian Athletic Club (MAC) offers a full program of weekly group exercise classes, which are available to all members at no additional cost. All classes are led by experienced, trained and certified instructors. Junior members between the ages of 9 and 14 may participate in classes while under the direct supervision of a parent. Junior members ages 15 up may participate with no direct parental supervision. MAC offers water aerobics, Spinning® and mind/body classes along with a variety of studio Barre classes, strength and circuit classes and dance classes like Zumba and SHiNE. We also offer many Les Mills International™ programs, like BodyPump™ Les Mills Core™ Les Mills Sprint™ BodyCombat™ BodyFlow™ and BodyAttack™
